Q. Where is FN prints based?
A. We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Q. How long does it take for me to receive my order?
A. We aim to have your piece delivered to you within 5 working days for orders within the UAE.
For specially arranged international orders the delivery time will be dependent on your location, and will be advised upon confirmation of order.
Q. Where do FN Prints ship to?
A. We are currently only able to distribute our products within the UAE when ordered via our online store.
*We are working on broadening our scope for delivery via our store to be able to service our clients across the world as soon as possible.
**In the meantime if you live further afield than the UAE and would like to purchase our products then please send us a message via our contact page with the products you would like to purchase and your location and we can process your order and organise a delivery for you with an international shipping quote.
Q. Can I cancel or amend my order?
A. Once your order is confirmed then we cannot cancel or amend the order.
Please send us a message via our contact page using the reference either "Order Cancellation' or Order Amendment" if you wish to cancel or amend any pending order and we can advise of its status and how to move forwards, please make sure to include your order reference number.
Q. My purchases have arrived but the order is wrong or is damaged, how can you assist?
A. Send us a message via our contact page using the reference "Bad Order" with your order reference number and the information regarding what is wrong and we will rectify the issue as soon as possible.
Q. There is a product I would like to purchase but you do not offer the sizing I require can you help?
A. Of course! Just send us a message via our contact page with the reference "Bespoke Sizing" with the information about the product and your preferred sizing.
Q. Do you sell your products in bulk?
A. Yes we do! Please send us a message via our contact page using the reference "Bulk Purchase" and let us know your requirements.
The Nitty Gritty
• We offer a 10 days return policy.
• If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum of 30 days.
• Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have been approved a refund but haven’t received it yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially credited back to your statement.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the contact us form.
• Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
• Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us using the contact us form.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Upon approval of a refund we will liaise with you regarding the return address to send your item back to.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
• If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and advise you send via tracked means back to us.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply to all offers made by FN PRINTS, all orders placed by you and all agreements concluded between us in relation to the products and services offered on this website.
In order to be in contract with FN Prints you must be over the age of 18 years old and be the holder of a credit or debit card accepted by FN Prints.
When you submit an order you will receive an order receipt confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance or processing of your order. A contract between you "the client" and us FN Prints will not be formed until payment for ordered purchases has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
Actual Print Size
Actual print or canvas might slightly vary from display image based on selected size. As our artworks are created in multiple sizes and dimensions the final printed artwork might have slight variations when compared to the displayed artwork on the website. The variations are usually around the sides of the artwork. Rest assured we always do our upmost best to ensure quality artworks thus this might not apply to all artwork and in cases where the artwork is affected with this change the over all artistic features of the piece are maintained.
Notwithstanding the product prices shown on the website, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items shown on the website may be mispriced as a result of price changes that are implemented at or about the time of your visit to the website. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, your sole recourse is cancellation of your order.
Acceptance of Order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In such event your sole recourse shall be the return of amounts paid by you related to such order (if any).
Sales Tax / Customs
Items shipped to destinations where sales tax and/or customs apply are not included in the pricing of FN PRINTS and will have to be paid to the concerned parties by you depending on your choice of shipping destination country.
We attempt to describe our products offered as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a conforming replacement, refund or credit.
We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days from your purchase confirmation and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded. To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and please contact us using the contact us form. Be sure to specify the reason for the return and what action you would like us to take: replacement or refund. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method. We are not liable for any financial damage (including but not limited to the cost of any replacement purchase) that may occur because of non-timely arrival or any lack of availability or conformity of the product.
Linking FN Prints
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.
Any such link created must not in any way suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where this is not agreed upon by FN Prints.
You must not establish a link to FN Prints from or by any website that is not owned by you.
We reserve the right to withdraw permission for linking Fn Prints at any time and without notice.
